Nature is taking over. The lower lands lose a city to the plants every few years, while the people who live at the top exist in luxury. In the center is the urban area of The Hubbs, where workers lived in tiny spaces filled with drugs and depression. Those at the top in Vernon will do anything to keep people being relocated so that they can keep their luxury.
