Poxmaker's Draught

This foul smelling concoction is used by necromancers the world over to cause mass devastation to cities. It pollutes any well it contaminates, and the afflicted populace dies a foul and disgusting death. Often this is a precursor to a Zombie invasion or used as part of a seige, while it is not nearly as useful for necromancers as potions of Undeath or Potions of Greater Undeath, it serves as a horrific way of breaking seiges. It is universally condemned and many larger churches carry large quantities of the antidote, as while the draught is rare and its antidote rarer still, there is little that can be done for the unprepared.

Infected water is noticeably foul, DC 15 to determine exact source with alchemist's or poisoner's kit
Corpses of infected persons are highly infectious for three months after contact
4 Liters per square Kilometer that the well of services
Damage: 1d6 dmg for each week after the first, every day after failing a con save, until cured
DC: at end of first week DC 10 Con save or take damage, DC increases by 2 for each week after the first

Manufacturing process

Ingredients combined in large vat, greater than 4L 
Cooked at medium heat, rats must be kept alive throughout the first night of the process, otherwise potion will fail
Must be cooked at midnight on a new moon, allowed to cook on low for one month until next new moon
When meat has sloughed off the torso and the head, bones can be removed, this will occur approximately two weeks into the process. At this time, the liver should be a gelatinous mush. It should be mixed into the remainder of the concoction and continued to allow to stew.
Strangler Vine pulp will need to be removed from the concoction at the end of the month, this residue will still be highly toxic and should be disposed of in a safe place... read the well of the next town over. However its potency is significantly diminished from typical Poxmaker's Draught
