Industry & Trade
Much of Helclar's income is derived from intellectual property, being the site of the Tocre Institute. The machines and marvels that dominate the landscape of the capital city are seldom seen outside its borders though. They do, however, produce some machines for external use, and large scale uses of these machines will be accompanied by a Tocran engineer.
Infrastructure
A vast city of industrial technological marvels, it is built high, with vast skyborne walkways connecting the largest of buildings. Placed at the trailing edge of the River Clarion, it bears mighty docks that carry its ships to sea.
Amongst the first nations to derive aetheric force in pure form, the landscape around Helclar is dotted with wind and watermills which churn out aether which is shipped in to the city and used to power the many marvels of the city and its powerful magicks.
