The safest city in the world

Enadorei, capitol of the Saquidor Dynasty, is a utopian safehaven for many creatures. The city was created by Saquidor Nerodo as a place for people to live in the middle of the forest. Many different races of humanoids and beasts live in Enadorei peacefully. It's known to be one of the safest cities in the world, because the royal guard patrol the border of the city well. Besides the peaceful life amongst beasts, people know Enadorei for it's high level of cuisine, most of which is vegan or made with ethical meat. Almost every day of the week, the taverns are filled with people looking to enjoy a good night and eat great food. The queen herself even is spotted dining in public with villagers in various restaurants. The busiest times of the taverns is around the Community Feast holiday on the 28th of Klibelm. Enadorei villagers are not specifically devout to the deity of community, Boldrei, who the festival is dedicated to, but many take it as a tradition to go out for dinner on that particular night. Taverns often are booked full for that night months in advance, and they take great pride into creating a grand feast. Besides the social life, the Trove Bibliotheca is also a hotspot for people looking for information about the past. The archivists that work there have lots of information about family trees, past news and grand historical events.

People in Enadorei live mostly modestly, while there are some extraordinarily rich or poor people living peacefully amongst the others.

Professions
The city is mostly selfsufficient. Most people work to provide for the city, while others work for the royal guard or military. The most common profession is in the farming and food industry, where they make food for Enadorei and export their ethical meats to. For the brave people that don't want to join the royal guard or military, there is the adventuring guild where they can work on a commision basis on several quests.

Government

The city is run by the queen herself, Vulma Nerodo. She takes advice in terms of defense from the general of the military, Galmek Rockhide. In terms of sentencing and rules, she's left the head judge to make those decisions. Everything else in the city is decided by the Queen herself, and the Queen  . In terms of the surrounding forest though and the protection of that, she's in contact with many leaders from various druid circles in the forest to see what efforts can be made towards certain goals. 
The rules are enforced by the royal guard deployed at various places at the city. The royal guard consists of locals and various people that aspired to protect the queen or the city.

Defences

The city is walled from the outside and has gates in case of an emergency. There are also inner wall surrounding the city center and the castle. The royal guard patrol at the walls, the gate entries, the castle and some various streets to make sure the citizens are safe. 
These royal guards have a different attire from other crownsguards. They wear a plate armor with a golden royal emblem on their hearts. They wear brown and red vestages over the plate armor to resemble the vestages former king Saquidor Nerodo wore.

Industry & Trade

The town keeps themselves self sufficient and even exports some of the food they create to different towns in the forest.

Infrastructure

The city has a river going through the city. In the city center, the pathways along the river get closer to the water so animals can drink out of them. There is a highwall surrounding the outer edge where there is still forestation between the houses. Then there is a second wall around the center part of the capitol and another wall protecting the castle. The city also has watermills along the river to generate energy for the city. The energy is used for the lights in the homes and lightposts on the streets. 
There is a limited sewer system and a huge recycling system, mostly because they don't want to pollute the river and environment. There are several bridges, between buildings or streets. There are also many courtyards, roads and there is a little shipyard along the river.

Assets

The people in the town live modestly. The only thing the people really splurge on is food and dining out. The town has 5 taverns with each various food options that are made with good care. Each of the chefs take great pride in their menu and respect each other's work. In addition, there is an opera house and museum for entertainment. 
There is also a llibrary, a flower shop, a hospital, a blacksmith, boywer, leatherworker, general store, book store and an adventuring supplies store. There is also a temple, but that is a generic one with places for every sovereign host. Lastly, there is a news printing company and an artificer.

Guilds and Factions

Besides a small farming guild that works on the exports, the main guild in the city is the aventuring guild "Weight of the Brave". Various adventurers take commisions and go on expeditions for the people in need.

History

Enadorei, capitol of the Saquidor Dynasty, is a utopian safehaven for many creatures. The city was created by Saquidor Nerodo as a place for people to live peacefully and safely in the middle of the forest. Eventually, various animals found the city by following the river and stayed as well to not be hunted in the forest. King Saquidor was over the moon and asked various druids to help them save more animals. The city grew rapidly with various people moving here. There wasn't a lot of space to expand to horizontally since that meant the forest would need to be cut down drastically. Instead, they opted for building upwards. In order to do this safely, they asked an artificer to help with the construction of the houses, who eventually even added some new technology into the homes of the new people.

Tourism

There are various reasons why people visit the city. Most people visit the city for the various taverns in the city and the food, doing a tavern tour and eating themselves full with delight. Some others visit the city to see the various animals living in one place. While the animals aren't unique by itself, the look of them all living together is amazing. Lastly, some people visit specifically for the archives.

Architecture

The buildings are constructed high, based out of clockworks. It's a mix of steampunk and gothic achitectural style. From the main river, some side streams go through the city for transport by tiny boats. There are bridges and between the buildings and the streets. Some bridges go higher over the water for small boats to go under, while some places go closer to the river for any animals to drink out of it. The buildings are all made of stone and metal under the supervision of artificer Augustine Olivebranch and his assistant Evkis.

Geography

The town lays in the forest, with some riverside region. The forestation partially continues inside of the walls of the city to maintain space for animals to live.
