The Reclamation marks year 0 and the beginning of the modern calendar.

The Reclamation marks year 0 and the beginning of the modern calendar. The Reclamation was the moment in which the first group of sentient beings to roam [PLANE 2] banded together and took dominion over the realm. This group was supposedly made up of Humans, Dwarfs and [elves]. It is recorded that the year 0SR (0 years since the reclamation) marked the crossing of [THE SOMETHING RIVER] and the subsequent founding of the first official settlement of modern society as we know it now. This settlement became [BIGGEST CITY IN VEXUM].   There are many who believe that the Reclamation was far more than just this, however anything beyond what has already been stated has not (currently) been proven. A prominent belief among many in Vexum is that, prior to the Reclamation, beings from Eveya and Ignifia used [PLANE 2] as their war ground, constantly fighting and destroying what was there. The Reclamation, then, was the point at which species native to [PLANE 2] took the land for their own, driving out the Eveyans and Ignifians, reclaiming the world that created them.
