Isjeisk

Native language of the Isjeinr people who populate Veturoth's most northern regions. It shares a common root with many of the native languages of Veturoth, and consequently a native speaker of Isjeisk can often communicate with speakers of other native languages. It does not, however, share many roots with Vetr.

Geographical Distribution

Almost exclusively limited to the northern icecaps.

Vocabulary

Isjeisk has two different words that roughly translate to "swim" in Vetr but mean two drastically different things on their own. "Paari" is often translated to "swimming as a fish" and refers to being able to breathe water. "Toira" or "swimming as the whale" refers to the more literal act of swimming, though it necessitates being unable to breathe water.
