Vestige

A world broken by the long-ended struggle between the gods, mankind is left to the remnants of Vestige. The castoffs of a forgotten time of magic and power beyond the drudgery and monotony of the current age.   The surface, scarred and cracked, is unlivable, pummeled continuously by the triplet suns; Heph, Solus, and Arus. Only the unending chasms and cliff-sides are safe, shrouded in preternatural darkness. But not even then are they truly safe.   Beasts, both great and small, travel the tunnels and deep crevices of the world. Humans live in fear. Few areas remain to them, hidden behind the ancient wards none remember how to craft.
