This is the last great city left on the planet. The home the Elves. After the Gehenna many Elf migrated to the last  city remaining.
Their last city left, Forever Growth. The city is situated around the world tree. The elves are very secretive to the other races on the planet but all are welcome in forever growth. If you have maid it threw the wonderwood and committed the time it is going to take off your like to be this close to Mt. Eternity then you are worthy of the knowledge they have to share. 
No elf works. They use machines and magic to provide everything they need. They spend eternity singing dancing, debating philosophy, having sex and getting magnificent food.
The world tree stands taller then any building and rivals many mountains. Its branches reach out and create a great canopy. It is always green and has never lost a leaf. Under the world tree the weather is always perfect. If you know the way you can clime the tree and see anywhere in the world.
