Conisal Alliance

The Conisal Alliance are the calvary warriors of the Great Grassland. The Conisal people are the descendants of the El’dran Empire. After the fall of the empire many of the former elfin slaves fled across the Titan Bridge to the Great Grassland. The majority of these people settled south in what is now Floret. However a number of people with horses went north along the Conisal coast. The Conisal people formed many different clans but were not unified. The Conisal people used their mastery of horseback fighting to fend off the frequent raids of the beastmen from the Wolverine wastes to the east.
A century later when the new Saalor Queendom built the Towers of Nimbus, the storms began along the coast. The towers created perfect weather in Saalor but created permanent storms along the Conisal coast. The Conical people had to abandon trade by sea and fishing due to the storms. Eventually the different clans declared a truce and then formed an alliance against Saalor. The ships that were used for trade were rebuilt to endure the storms. Now the Conisal launch pillaging raids along the northeastern Saalor coast. Conisal previously had a long standing friendship with Floret, but that has recently changed. Floret is now trying to form an alliance with Saalor in exchange for them building Towers of Nimbus in their territory. With Conisal’s hatred of Saalor they now launch raids on Floret, trying to keep them from joining Saalor. Should the Nimbus weather extend to Floret then Conisal will be overrun by an even greater storm.
