Aquan Tower

This is the border fortress between the Shixia and the Tieoca Nation. It is currently ruled by Lord Vitho. This fort is the only authorized port of entry on this portion of the border between the Tieoca Nation and Shixia.
This is also where the Shixia Rangers are trained, these are the elite of the Shixia nation covert operations troops. There is little known about their training, and operations, but there are rumours that they are the assassins, and are sent far a-field to be used as spies.

Military, the Lord of the tower is the commander of the army in this area, and reports to the queen.
