Veliond

A world of discovery and ingenuity, magic and technology, war and peace.   The Veil between the outer planes and the material plane is thin, causing tears to occur. Permanent tears exist in Veliond, but the paths through the tears are treacherous.   Many mortal beings living in Veliond will never see a tear, or pass through one. Only the brave and foolhardy will seek out these tears.
