Mirka Pekkanen

(a.k.a. The Caged Wolf)

Mirka Pekkanen is a court sage under the employ of House Velkov, a former student of the College of Valtonen, and the sister of Valvyre.

History

The party first met Mirka in Velkov's keep in Saravgrad, where she allowed various party members access to the keep's library. Later, when Tema, Angelus, Evia, and Jaakob were sent out to negotiate with the White Claws, Mirka revealed the leader of the White Claws is her sister, and that the two of them were separated when Mirka was taken hostage by Velkov's father Mieszko and his forces. Before her departure, Evia was given a secret package by Mirka, which she asked to be delivered to her sister. Mirka would later learn of her sister's death at the hands of Captain Pavlov when the party returned from their expedition. Later, she would save Vulcan, Jaakob, and Saravslaw Velkov from being poisoned by agents of House Belyaron.
