Erik

Erik was the dwarf carpenter and barrelman of a trade vessel that navigated the Aegir Sea between Jomne and Gränsland.

History

The party met Erik alongside Captain Nikolai, Polikarp, Yaril, and Lukyan aboard the trade vessel meant to take them to the trade town of Saravgrad. Several days into the journey however, the trade vessel ran into thick fog and ran aground on the island of Skøgas. Shortly after running aground, Erik and the rest of the crew were attacked by hundreds of swarming rats. 
Erik was able to escape alongside the party, but found he was bitten by one of the rats which appeared to be diseased. The party amputated Erik's leg to try to save his life, but he perished nonetheless from the disease carried by the rats a few days later, informing the party of Skøgas' lighthouse before dying.
