Strength as an aspect represents a living creatures physical strength. When given to a living creature it increases their physical abilities. When taken it makes a creature physically weak and scrawny.

Gathering

Physically fit individuals are easier to Take Strength from, while physically weak people are easier to Give Strength to.

Uses

Burst: dumps a large amount of Strength in a single moment to quickly augment an attack or activity. Athlete: Spreads Strength over a longer period of time to raise general physical abilities.
