Munderb
Built in an area close to the Faewild, the people of the city quickly built a good relationship with a local clan of fairies, who in turn decided to help the people of the city by magical keeping the area clean and free from germs. Over the generations the inhabitants learned to not fear for disease, and eventually forgot about disease entirely. However, the fairy magic also had a lasting effect on the psyche of the citizens, who have become obsessed with the idea of cleanliness. The magic has also allowed the growth of purollet, an herb which only grows in sterile environments and is used as a spice. The caravans who deliver the herb to other cities bring along a few fairies to maintain cleanliness and are considered very highly by the populace for being brave enough to journey into the "filth" of the outside world.
