The Venators

The Venators are a group of monster hunters that travel Valoroth slaying beasts in exchange for coin. They are well armed and well-funded, and often set up contracts with towns and villages where they will be paid a recurring fee in exchange for felling any beasts that plague the town. The Venators are particularly xenophobic and will only accept those with human blood into their ranks. They view non humans as lesser and more than once they have “saved” a town from peaceful creatures.

Structure

The Venators have a very loose overall structures. They are broken into different companies led by a Venator captain.
Companies operate independent of one another and might have no idea of other companies working in the same area. In fact, it is not uncommon for two Venator companies to come to blows regarding the fulfillment of a contract.

Public Agenda

The Venators exist for a single reason; to rid the realm of monsters and savage beasts.
