Valeria is a World defined by a massive landmark known as The Wound. A gigantic chasm that splits one of the greatest empires in history apart and has sundered the relationship of the Free Peoples of te World Mundane.
This fissure was created when the Devils of The Nine Hells managed to open hellmouths into the Material Plane, causing perhaps the greates calamity in the plane's existence. It was not long before the Demons of the Abyss found their way into the Mundane as well.
It has been 1505 years since The Wound was opened and the world was changed forever.
