Warehouse 24

A large space that contains several rails designed to haul boats from the nearby Lake Mesitan harbour.
The space is capable of holding up to the large boats for various maintenance, from hull cleaning to major repairs. 
A small apartment is housed another l above the warehouse and is managed by the Forman.
Unlike many other warehouses in this region warehouse 24 is a freestanding building with both front and rear access.

Purpose / Function

The primary function of the warehouse is to maintain and repair fishing vessels from the Lake Mesitan area.
However over the years it has seen various other opportunities arise some legal other not so much.

Alterations

The above apartments original function was as a office structure, but when a small corner of the warehouse was converted to take up this role the room became a storage room. 
Seizing the opportunity in the new foreman turned it into an apartment and has charged its current resident Struth Hackett rent.

Architecture

A simple four walled l building made of heavy marine wood. The floor is a stable time floor over a gravel base, the are several feet between the floor and ground.
