Brother Theodors

A small potion shop near the North East Gate that produces its own product. The shop is run by a thickly accented fellow of short statue by the name of Brother Theodor.
His brother works below the floor as a doctor conducting some sort of secretive work, possibly changing the faces of criminals and paying customers.
There is a child, of unknown origin, who works in the rear of the shop, perhaps maintaining the chemical vats that are used to brew potions.
