A coalition of pirate fleets that raid cities around the Sea of Touwat. It is a coalition of 5 pirate fleets that raids throughout the Sea of Touwat and the eastern coast of Kaimaeni. The coalition will frequently raid the Isle of Mab because almost no one has broken the walls of the Isle. The coalition, seeing this as a challenge, decides to put a lot of effort into breaking the walls.
