Tolva Bronze-Blade

Tolva LN Dragonblighted dwarf (stage 6/6 of blight) – An unusually short dragonborn sexually ambiguous (Is male but dresses and acts female). Dotes on adventurers as a mother would. Her legs have fused together into a serpentine tail and the blight has only gone upwards to her torso from there. The blight has infected her lungs and she has a hard time breathing normally. She wears a mask to prevent the electrical discharge caused by her blighted lungs.
