Merims Belltower
Promt 7 of Mapvember: A building known for it's steps or laddersThe clocktower in Merim is said to be the tallest building in all of the Ionian Empire. 86 meters tall it can be seen from the whole city, and is appriciated by all in the capital for keeping time, as the bell sounds every hour. To reach the bell in the top the caretaker must climb 500 steps, making the tower know not only for it's timekeeping service but also for the amount of steps it holds. The caretakers take shifts and stay up there in 6h increments to save some traveling time
