Four pieces of currency are currently recognized by the Ashani Kingdom.
Small copper coins, minted with a griffin's head on one side and a crown on the reverse, are called seka or crown pennies.
Small silver coins called cien or just simply silvers are minted in an octagonal shape, slightly larger than seka, have a scepter and bell on the front and the Blackledge Royal Motto on the back. It takes 10 seka to make a cien.
Slightly larger are gold coins minted with two birds flying above an open hand on the front and a crown on the reverse, called sefi or gold crowns. It takes 10 cien to make a sefi.
A holdover from the Evraaril Empire, the last coin is a large platinum piece minted with a profile of the current King on the face and the Blackledge Royal Motto on the reverse. More often called trader's copper than its actual name, it takes 50 sefi to make a single aeder.
