The World of Ur is a world of magic and technology blended together. The known world is separated into five major nations. The Drakkel Empire is a military powerhouse known for its tyranny and poor treatment of mages that holds a dark secret. The Frozen Expanse, a Frontier nation to the far north known for its mining, to this day, is seen as a frozen wasteland. The Island Nation of Quetzal known for its exotic goods and primal landscape, leading to reports of ancient thunder lizards being used as pack animals. The Coastal Confederation of The Luminous Coast is home to the Luminite Crystals and the most well-known school of arcane studies. And the Pirate nation of Libertalia, the home of the most fearsome pirates that roam the most dangerous of oceans, notorious for their various islands.
