Hermit of the Maesa
The Hermit of the Maesa is a legendary figure, said to dwell atop a huge column of rock. Their tent can be seen atop this mesa, and campfire smoke is occasionally spotted rising from the area. Almost everything else about this person is myth, legend and conjecture. It is said that, should you undertake the arduous task of climbing this huge clifface and reaching the top, you will meet a wise old Kalari. The legend goes that you may ask the hermit a single question, to which the answer will bear the wisdom of the ages.
