Enchanting

Enchanting • to •••••   Prerequisite: Knowledge of at least one magic type.   The art of infusing weapons and armor with magic. Make arrows flame with magic fire or swords light up inflicting devastating damage.   Dependeing on the knowlede of the magic used to infuse the weapon or armor, the magic is released by will of the wielder.   Enchanting is tiresome work, not only taxing physically but mentally aswell. A Stammina + Crafting roll must be made. Every roll is 1 hour of work. If failing, 1 point of mana has still been spent as a puff of arcane smoke.   The enchanter need to either have familiarity and knowing the spells he wants to infuse in the weapon or armor, or scrolls of incantations he can use to bestow the magic upon the items he wish to enchant.   One dot of fire magic will cause a sword for flame up giving the vielder 1 + die as fire damage to his pool when attacking. If enchanting the sword with two dots, the vielder gets 2 + dies up to the dots the enchanter has in enchantement. Every magical effect added to the item cost 1 mana. The magic item has a certain ammount of magical charges chosen by the enchanter. Every charge cost 1 mana.   As such, enchanting an intem in this manner is both taxing and time consuming, often taking weeks or month to create a magical weapon with near limitless charges.   A enchantement can be made over time, slowly adding more and more magic properties to the tiem. To a max of your dots in enchantement. If you want to add more than five magics either of the same kind or different, you must spendt a willpower for every magic you add untill you're happy with the result or you've lost the will to work any further.
