The desolation of the old world birthed a strange new frontier. Broken sky islands dot the landscape with people marooned in new settlements. Ships of steam and magic travel the dangerous paths between these islands. In this power vacuum, the nation of Oshatan began seizing any territory it could. These new Oshatan Territories are rife with injustice and outlaws which brings both problems and opportunity for an enterprising individual.
