Colossus - OLD
Colossus is a deity of protection and a symbol of strength for the people of Tod.
As a result of an unknown conflict, Colossus is stuck as a giant cement idol cradled in the valley dividing the island in half.
She is a monument to what any species can achieve should they choose to devote themselves to it entirely. Open and sincere, honest and supportive, strong and protective, she was the brighter side of the old world.
She never spoke, at least, not when others were around; and she always preferred to watch in the background, like an outsider looking in.

I really like how human she comes off as; if you are trying to bring your deities down to Earth, I suggest reading Niel Gaiman's American Gods for some source material.
Thank you! The intent for this deity specifically was to feel human so I'm glad that is going through, and thank you for the rec I'll definitely look into it. :)
