High Chronicler Vohrgi Nell

As High Chronicler, Vohrgi Nell is responsible for quality assurance at the Taishan Library of the Interior. He oversees the Bureaucrats, ensuring the accuracy of their records via an arcane, multi-layered verification process of advanced mathematics and a lot of yelling. As per the terms of his tenure, the gods provide him with ongoing immortality. On paper, the justification for this expense is that consistency begets accuracy. The reality is that he knows everyone's secrets, so he gets whatever he wants.
He's attributed to a number of scientific discoveries. Most notably, he discovered in 914 that sziioric forces have consistent, increasing amplitudes across specified ranges of frequencies. His findings corresponded with the common knowledge idea of the channels to which sziira can connect and formed the basis for modern sziiroic theory.
His position of High Chronicler, while following the nomenclature of the Divine Court, is not a Court member. It was given to him upon his request, but bears no technical significance beyond the responsibilities of his job. 
He is also known for his vast multitude of cats.
