A tightly monitored oligarchy disguised as utopia. Run by various committees all set out to conquer and divide the populous via media manipulation and underground schemes. "Manus Populi" Minister Anderson is the face of the country, tasked with introducing policies ordered by his council and communicating with other world leaders.   The government incorporates eugenics in order to steer the people, creating a caste system based upon a specific genetic code. Commons are considered the standard. Infirms are those who are deemed "at risk" of a physical/mental/behavioral defect but are considered functional under supervision. Voids are "highly volatile" and are stereotyped as unsound and not fit for society.   Both Infirms and Voids are at risk of incarceration, with Voids having a higher chance of death while in the hands of the government. As a result of this, many flee to the uninhabited lands and undetected islands beyond the country's borders, or "Skin".
