Costra

Costra is one of the many small port towns that lie on the northern shore of the North Sea. It was a small regional center for the Corvathian tribes but always in the shadow of larger and more important trade towns. However, in the current political environment its remoteness has been a boon as it received far less attention from the Northern Empire. Post-war it has boomed as the fractured state and the guild families find it difficult to police. This has made it attractive as a port of trade and even now ship building.
