When evil fights the Light of day, the Sunlit Shields shall lead the way!The Sunlit Shields have a single goal: protect the Imperial bloodline. As holy warriors of Reina, grand goddess of the sun, the Sunlit Shields have the sacred duty of defending those blessed with the divine right to rule. Comprised solely of Sun Elves (and primarily females), they are trained from a very young age to become master warriors and spellcasters. Clad in heavy armor and carrying a highly polished greatshield (from which their order gets its name), the Sunlit Shields are far more capable than the average Imperial soldier. Their use of magic strengthens them even further, making them renowned for their strength. However, the Sunlit Shields haven't seen actual combat in centuries. While they still hold themselves to the highest standards, there are whispers and rumors that they aren't nearly as skilled as they claim to be...
