Green Forest Hill is where Aileena lives with her children, Dash, Everett, and Sophia. Shadow moved into the creepier parts of this town when he was 17 after his parent's divorce was finalized.

It's more hillside. There are plenty of lakes and rivers and the place is filled with trees and other plants, hence the name.
