A highly separated province of Halion . The river being a large barrier of travel.
Was independent until 3142, when in-return for protection Halion made them a territory and got access to their land and setup a fort on the South west side.
Recent years the Halion Republic, has been imposing more and more regulations and made them an official province 3294 with a vote passed a by a slim margin, in thanks to the soldiers who settled there.
Capital city is Tunaris
