Halion Merchant Company Free Sea Division

The HMC sent a ship with the Availion flotilla. Vakih Denskub, was the captain of the HMC ship with the Flotilla.
Forming the HMC Free Sea divison took longer and more convincing then Vakih would have liked. It took 4 years to convince the Leaders to commit any of their ships. Vakih had spent those 4 years planning, failed proposition after proposition. Leaks of the power of Kroxite was what made The HMC finally accept the proposition.
