It's a damn hell, a place that has never seen the gaze of an Icon. If you survive the environment of that damn planet and the beats of the guards, you will die coughing your bloody lungs before seen the stars again. This place is a damned trap, devouring poor and fools with his infernal maws. Last Wish... an aptly name for the last place a man wish to be.A quite sensible cargo has to be delivered on Last Wish. The group decided to do an assessment of the Dabarani security and booked a trip for the base, trying to figure how to smuggle it. The travel was uneventful, but soon they discovered the mission was not an easy one: multiple controls on the goods and the passengers, visas, and the inability to bring the The Drunken Bitch with them are the main obstacles that need to be addressed. While on the station, the group was involved in a search by the security of Last Wish, guided by an old acquaintance of Shaheen.
Everyone listen! We know some of you are hiding important information about the Witnesses of Justice! They're a terrorist group for the Dabarani government on Melik, so it's your chance to do the right thing and turn yourself in, otherwise the consequences will be... quite unpleasant.
"I see on your eyes the pain. I see the sadness. And I feel the sin pouring on the corridors of this heathen base. But rejoice! The Justice saw your suffering with her own eyes, and she's stretching out her hand on Last Wish. Rejoice, my brothers and sisters, as the sinners will be washed away from the wretched land" The Imam shouted his sermon to the gathered crowd. The crew of the Drunken Bitch followed the passionate rant of the charismatic man, wondering the true meaning behind his words. Around them enraptured people followed the sermon, men and women alike, poor and tired from the day spent in the mines. A single person, a small and modest man, seemed not to share the bliss of the people around him. Trying to hide a scowl, he quickly left the room in which the sermon was performed, and disappeared behind the doors. Only to be followed by two threatening and armed figures. "Guys.. I think those are troubles. We should follow them" said Javed Maniad , looking at the entire scene. And so, thanks to this decision, a life was saved. The group catched the two thugs just in time to save the life of the man. Bloody, battered and clearly in shock, the little man was rescued by the crew, before they discovered his ties with the local dabarani intelligence department. As for the thugs, a few punches and a couple shots on the leg did the work. Then.. a little plan started to take form on their mind. While Javed Maniad took the injured man back to the guard station, the thugs were cleverly manipulated by Shaheen and Khaalida to give some information on their role in this event. Thus, without too much bloodshed, the two were introduced to the local Witnesses of Justice cell, where they started making ties to their leaders, and trying to figure how to bring down the cargo awaiting them back on Shepard Terminal. Having planted a little seed on both sides of the conflict, the crew of the Drunken Bitch took the route back to the station, only to find their ship vandalized. An angry mob of protesters defaced the bulkhead of the vessel with offensive phrases. "Go back to your Nomads friends" they found written on the ship side "Repugnant traitors".
