The Leader
The Leader is the one who won the last annual Leader game. They control the decisions that affect Traveller's Hub.
Qualifications
They must be a mercenary or have had a history of combat.
Requirements
They need to have won the previous Leader games.
Appointment
They are appointed at the end of the Leader games.
Duties
They are obliged to provide entertainment to the general public.
Responsibilities
Every week, they are tasked with checking the defences, and inspecting the soldiers. If their is an invasion, they are tasked with defending the island.
Benefits
They are paid 500,000 credits each month. After their term, they are paid 100,000 credits.
Accoutrements & Equipment
There are no requirements for uniform or equipment.

Length of Term
There term depends on if they win the next Leader games. However, most Leaders don't play in the next.
