Transformers: The Ties That Bind

Earth’s trajectory is forever changed when a Quintesson invasion in 1920 ravages the world and places it under 25 years of interplanetary colonization. When humanity rises up and repels their alien invaders in the Second Quintesson War, newfound knowledge and technological advancements aid in the rebuilding efforts, leading to a new age of discovery and interstellar exploration. However, behind closed doors and in the shadows of the lowest rungs of a work-segregated society, it becomes clear that many governments and the powers that be have inherited their colonizers thirst for subjugation, and as the cracks across this gleaming facade widen, the world may be headed into another war, this time for its very soul.   The Ties That Bind is an Alternate Universe utilizing story elements from IDW’s 2005 Tranformers run, combined with original storylines and worldbuilding focused around humanised versions of Transformer characters.
