Nemesis

The Nemesis launched from Cybertron at the same time as the Ark, but carrying the Decepticons and with the intent of destroying the Ark. Both ships were damaged in the engagement and crashed on Earth, four million years ago. Nemesis crashed into a cliffside in South America and was retaken but never repaired by the Decepticons. The Decepticons instead cannibalized much of the ship for the parts to make the Victory I, leaving only some of the embedded ship to use as a temporary base of operations.
