The Flock

The Flock is a cult headed by a mysterious individual known only as The Magpie, who has made claims to godhood. Although this would be dangerous, no real evidence that The Magpie is a Harbinger has surfaced. Their loyal followers go to great ends to protect their lord. They can be found in the nightclub known as Tartarus, located in the seedy underbelly of Elysium.
