Discovery

Due to magic and gods, technology advanced at an accelerated rate. The first automated robots appeared in the mid 1800s. Mechanical prosthesis with individual moving parts appeared around this time as well.
Artificial Intelligence has been a question scientists and magical theorists have grappled with for even longer due to the presence of deities and magic.

Availability

Most high technology is available, now many humanoid robots have taken over certain jobs. It's very common to see someone with a robotic limb as well, but these are heavily regulated. On Earth it is considered a safety measure and nobody has too advanced enhancements, but on Mars reliable robotics are guarded by a paywall. In both cases it is considered taboo to place one's mind into a purely robotic machine.
True AI is almost unheard of. It was achieved in 2031, but had a tendency to go rogue: when used by governments and companies, the AI typically would not follow orders to carry out anything that could be harmful to civilians, which was...a lot of things. Those programs were very promptly disposed of, it is rare to find a copy. AI now has many safeguards and restrictions and is no longer true AI.
