Quicksilver, as a half-silver dragon, is immune to cold. She can fly, and can breathe a cone of frost up to three times a day.

Personal history
Quicksilver was born to the King and Queen of Silverwood, and was their only child. She was raised in a life of benign privilege -- one might even say she was a bit spoiled. She decided she was going to train as an enchantress, a Swordsinger , and a Star-Pilot in the Avalonian Imperial Navy. Everything was going fine until puberty arrived -- at which point, her draconic features began to manifest. Her swordsinger and Piloting instructors felt that they should not continue to train her, because she was "not an elf."
Deeply hurt and disappointed, Quicksilver ran away, deciding to take on a life of adventure and make her own way, where she was not judged by her birth, and where people did not have a legal obligation to be nice to her to her face, but whisper behind her back. She quickly met and teamed up with Khris Valour , a brownie/gnome with a penchant for winning feminine attention, and a knack for inventing. Initially he intended to find a way to maneuver the situation to his advantage, since he was perfectly well aware of who "Quicksilver" really was. However, he quickly fell in love with her charming and earnestly compassionate nature, and now would cheerfully give his life to protect her.
Quicksilver and Khris joined up with Sable's Privateers under the command of Captain Sable Mallory. Quicksilver has become the Chief Navigator aboardship, and Khris' inventions continue to benefit the ship, and amaze her captain.
A consummate flirt, Quicksilver has probably spent the night in nearly every bed on the ship. As a result, the Privateers do not tend to do a lot of whoring while in port, and they have less emotional problems than other people with their backgrounds. Quicksilver's affections are comforting, even healing. She has probably missed her calling, and would have done well at the The Temple-Brothel of the Rose and Heart. Quicksilver is extremely well educated. She has studied ten languages, has an amazing head for mathematics, navigation and astrophysics, and a thorough background in the arts and classics. She loves to read and has difficulty finding places to fit all her books in her quarters.
Mental Trauma
Quicksilver was deeply wounded by the rejection of her culture and people, and has never fully recovered. She questions herself and her worth, and her place in the world. She is insecure about her appearance, especially as more and more draconic features manifest, and this manifests as a noted tendency to vanity. She spends a great deal of money on clothing, cosmetics, and jewelry, and grooms meticulously, even on ship duty.
Morality & Philosophy
As a priestess of Loki, Quicksilver embraces luck and chaos. She loves completely and with her whole heart, but fears that Freya has abandoned her. Still, she tries to give the gifts of love and compassion wherever she goes.
