Warden Leanne O'Brady
Leanne is a high ranking Pokémon Ranger who mostly uses lion Pokémon in her work to protect nature and people from each other.
She enjoys making criminals suffer, and her sense of humor was apparently terrifying enough that a previous ranger base instinctively shat themselves on hearing her name. Evidence suggests she has some kind of doppelganger running around.
She was on a mission in the Rumbling forest when the story began, and deputized Jace and Connor to help her deal with Team Relic, although she was reluctant. When the group drove away Sinclair and his team, she called in some other rangers to help secure and guard the Torterra.
She was present during the attack on Frigrus Bridge, although she was unable to do more than evacuate the area due to a lack of water Pokémon. When the Spiral Fang exploded, she and other rangers took the Relic grunts into custody.

She is one of the executives of Team Relic, along with Sinclair and Romero. She works for the evil team because she's a psychopath, and enjoys the act of causing pain. She also thinks it's funny to decieve people.
She is possessed and trying to get rid of the Hissiuan Zoroark doing it, but can't. The Zoroark is making her more and more sadistic and deranged as time goes on. Her attempts to get rid of it become crueler and crueler as its influence increases. The insane and incorrect train of thought that lead her to Team Relic is "The Titans are sealed away, maybe that could work on me?"

Leanne takes joy in the suffering of others, and enjoys making others believe her words when they are absolute lies. She instils a power-based worldview in her Pokémon, so they see nothing wrong when she violently abuses those weaker then her.
Taboos
Leanne will almost never sabotage her own fun, even if it's a better deal in the long run.
