Toril

The world of Toril was once Abeir-Toril before it was sundered and split by god of gods and creator of the universe, Ao. Though Ao created the universe, they are little known among the mortals, and only great scholars speak their name. While Abeir is the little known home to the primordials in a parallel universe, Toril is the world of the gods and is shaped by them. After years of conflicts, wars, and godly interference, the inner and outer plans have been arranged to their current locations and the gods sealed outside a divine gate so that they may not cause mass destruction in the inner planes. Still, the touch of the gods is well known upon Toril, and despite it being ancient history and sometimes mistold, all know of how the -now deceased- god of giants, Annam, shaped the very continents of Toril.
