Bugbear

Bugbears are monsters born for battle. They have an infatuation towards mayhem and carnage, often bullying weaker beings into serving them. However, due to this love of chaos they will often fight for powerful masters, but only if destruction and treasure are guaranteed.

From their combat history bugbears have developed a strong understanding of battle and weapons. They can therefore make the most of whatever melee weapon they choose to wield, along with their strength this provides them with a brutish ability: Brute. A melee weapon deals one extra die of its damage when the bugbear hits with it.

Bugbears are bred for battle and therefore do not place much stock in knowledge, they are not intelligent creatures (-1). Through their battles, raid and travels they have learned the value of survival skills, along with an average wisdom . Bugbears tend to fight whatever they see so due to minimal exposure to other creatures they haven't developed strong charisma (-1).
