Spandeliyon

Spandeliyon, formerly known as the City of Pirates, is a secluded village of fishermen and pirate-merchants in the isolated region of Altumbel. It is now considered a relatively small outpost, and the favored city for retired pirates.

Modifications to the actual lore include:
 800s after the Great War:

An exodus from Spandeliyon to Lyrabar  progressively causes the disappearance of pirates in the area, leaving the small port city into disarray. The region's economy suffers irreparably from this exodus.
