The ages when dragons roamed Toran were a brutal test of survival for humanity. When the serpents faded away, few strongholds still stood as testament to the vitality of the races. The citadel of Dorthas’ great white towers persist to pierce the heavens to this day. With a fully armed elite garrison, trained unlike any an ordersman or townsguard, the latent tremors of the far northern wastelands never dare to slip from their hidden lairs, lest terrible ruin be brought upon their broken species.
