Chult: a mysterious land of volcanoes, jungles, and the ruins of fallen kingdoms. Below them all awaits a deadly tomb. The trap is set. The maze awaits. Will you survive the Tomb of Annihilation?   A quick note--It's going to take me awhile to set all of this up, but here is the agenda: 1. Work on character options like races and background, and feats, and all content associated with them! 2. Create new items--Very fun, as it turns out! As a concept, I sort of want every magical item to have a minor curse, barring the items you get at the start. Before long, I expect players will start to distrust any magic they come across--which is good practice for the finale! Also, I want them to feel, subconsciously maybe, that those starting items are reliable and special in a way that keeps they relevant for a long time... 3. Set down expectations, because I don't plan for it to be an easy adventure. The plan is, frequently there are going to be situations that can't be approached conventionally, because life doesn't become easier just because your character is only level one. There are absolutely monsters that can kill you before you even get a chance to do anything about them. (I'm looking at you, Assassin Vine!) Just being smart isn't likely to be enough, you've also got to be prepared. Logistics is, after all, just as important as tactics and strategy! 4. All the NPCs! I may end up working on this earlier if I get inspired or, ah, if I need a distraction from the above!   To estimate, I may be done with these initial articles by May?   :D
