Like other Cohorts, the Bannerless army was led by a Legate with an Optio, a Signifier, a Tesserarius and a Centurion.

History

Historical loyalties

The Bannerless Army used to be The Drowned One's army during the Legions invasion of the continent. When they were defeated during the second attack on Titan, they knew they had to retreat. The army was aware that retreat would result in a more severe punishment than death from the Legion, so they took all emblems of the Legion off their armour and weapons. As the Bannerless Army, they waged a war from within Titan on behalf of the Legion, hoping to be forgiven in the future.
