Alistar Drakenhime
Born into the Archleone family Alistar was secluded away because his half-orc heritage would be an embarrassment. His mother Jennivive loved him and spent as much time with him making trinkets and singing together between her duties to the Dunson church and her efforts saving people on adventures. While Jennivive was away he was he was in the care of his family who would physically and mentally abuse him.
During this time he learned to sneak everywhere and knew all the secret ways around the mansion. It was also during these times that he learned to make his first magical item a charm that would hide the undesirable elements of the wearer from the mind of others.
When Alistar was old enough he learned that when pontiff was due to step down a member of Archleone family was next in line to succeed them he knew that no one in the family with power was worthy to rule the country, over the next decade the heads of the family where removed. His grandfather died of “natural causes” one uncle died during a hunting accident another was arrested and stripped of his title for cult worship. By the time Alistar was finished the only real choice for the office of Pontiff was Jennivive Archleone.
Alistar now runs the Arcane Star the main magic shop in waterdeep where he is well respected by many adventures that all come to him for their needs, he also runs the Black Crown organization doing what needs to be done for the safety of the country.
